By accessing or using DealsTrail ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

DealsTrail is a platform designed to help content creators manage brand collaborations, including:
- Creating and sharing deal pages with brands
- Generating professional invoices
- Tracking payments and deliverables
- Managing collaboration requests
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of DealsTrail, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
- Provide accurate information in your deals and invoices
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Direct Payments
DealsTrail facilitates the recording and tracking of payments between creators and brands. All payments are made directly between parties (via UPI, bank transfer, or other methods). DealsTrail does not process or handle any funds.
5.2 Service Fees
We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DealsTrail and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
